The term Mantra comes from two Sanskrit words: Mana (mind) and Trai (free from). Mantras are defined by dictionary.com as a statement or slogan repeated frequently. These statements or slogans are used to calm one’s mind and in the long run, if these are completed often enough, they have been proven to change one’s thought process.
If you are on a path to simplify your life and live more intentionally, here are some to help you on your journey. By repeating these phrases during this process, you will help disable other words or thoughts from entering your mind.
