A few weeks back I had several requests on Instagram for a full house tour. In turn, I’ve been working diligently to take you all on a tour of our minimalist family home. Without further ado- I present to you our Minimalist Bedroom. Our bedside tables are dual purpose. They are both our nightstands and dressers.
My husband and I do share our minimalist bedroom with someone special, our pup Bear. Bear is 2 and sleeps in the kennel below our TV. The folded blanket you see on top of his kennel is the weighted blanket that lives on our bed at night. (If you’ve been debating getting a weighted blanket, think no longer and do it. It’s the best.)
The artwork in our room is four large prints that we had taken of our three kids when our youngest was born four years ago. Their precious faces in those photos makes my heart so happy, and I honestly hope to keep those up forever.
Elliot and I are both up and going during the week by 5 am. Because of this, we choose to invest in a sunrise clock to help us wake up easier. Spoiler alert? It 100% works. I would suggest having one for any person looking for a new bedroom clock.
To me, our minimalist bedroom is plain, simple, and perfect.
